To ensure your appointment is secured, we kindly request a pre-payment with your credit card. By sharing your card information, you give us permission to charge $30, which will reserve your appointment. This $30 fee can be refunded if you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. However, please be aware that failure to show up for your appointment will result in the loss of your refund. Additionally, you have the flexibility to cancel or reschedule your appointment, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that we retain the right to withhold refunds if this policy is not adhered to.
